We would like to reassure all our valued clients that we are still continuing to accept routine appointments and provide our normal veterinary and emergency services despite the current coronavirus pandemic.

However, we will be taking measures to reduce the risk to our clients and team as much as possible.

Please take note of the following:

🐴 If you are on home isolation, have been overseas, are feeling unwell or are living with someone who is unwell please notify us before any visit so that we can make arrangements to make sure your horse still receives the best care.

🐴 We ask that you limit the number of individuals attending an appointment to one owner or handler per horse.

​

🐴 Where possible, we will try to maintain the social distancing recommendation of 1.5m between our teams and our clients.

🐴 Where social distancing is not possible, our team will wear extra personal protective equipment (gloves/masks).
